The bulb features 8 powerful LEDs and comes as a set of 2, so you can replace both sides at once. The light output is equivalent to a 21W halogen bulb, while being much more energy-efficient. Thanks to the 12/24V connection, you can easily use it in a car, truck, camper, or trailer. Please note that the original bulb must exactly match image 2, otherwise this LED bulb will not fit. Please note, these LED bulbs are not CAN-Bus proof. This means the bulb may trigger a defective bulb warning on the dashboard. This mainly applies to newer car models; trucks are often excluded from this. Additional lights like spotlights, clearance lights, or skylights are also excluded from the CAN-Bus system.

Why doesn’t this BA15S LED bulb have an E-mark?:

Replacement bulbs must comply with European standards regarding safety, waterproofing, and the prevention of short circuits (ECE-R37). These standards are based on the incandescent and halogen bulbs of the past. LED replacement bulbs cannot meet those standards because they do not contain a filament. As a result, this LED bulb does not receive the ECE R37 certification and may not officially be used on public roads. You may, however, use the red BA15S LED bulb on private property or for racing, for example.
