Shipping & Returns
At Truckned we do our best to ship your order as soon as possible, so that the carrier can deliver the package to you quickly. If you place an order on a working day before 12:00, we will ship it the same day (unless otherwise stated with the product). For shipping, we use the services of PostNL, DPD and DHL. The carrier is selected by us, depending on the size and weight of the package. That is why there is only one shipping option available during checkout. It is therefore not possible to select a carrier yourself or to select delivery to a collection point. Does the selected carrier still offer delivery to a collection point? Then you can set this yourself via the track & trace link that you receive by e-mail.

- Letterbox package (only within the Netherlands)
- Package with track & trace
- XL/XXL package (larger and heavier shipments)
Shipping option and conditions
- Is the order value* lower than €20,- and does your order fit through the letterbox? Then we will send it as a letterbox package.
- Is the order value* €20,- or higher?Then we will always send your order as a package with track & trace.
- Is the order value* €250,- or higher? Then you pay no shipping costs when shipping to the Netherlands or Belgium. (Except XL/XXL packages)
- For all other destinations, free shipping is not possible.
* The order value excludes shipping costs and after application of any discounts.

Returns
Although we do everything we can to make every customer a satisfied customer, it may happen that you are not satisfied with your purchase.
You can easily register your return within 30 days of the order date using the form below.

Depreciation and damage
You are responsible for any diminished value of the product that occurs as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to assess it, as you would do in a store. If an item is returned damaged or incomplete, or is no longer in its original condition, we are entitled to withhold part of the purchase price, or even refuse the return. We therefore ask you to treat the product with care during the cooling-off period and to return it in the original packaging as far as reasonably possible.

Right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
Subject to the exceptions as stated at the bottom of this informative text, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 30 calendar days, without giving reasons. This is the so-called withdrawal period or reflection period. This right only applies if you have made the purchase in the capacity of a consumer.

Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us Truckned BV, Fabrieksweg 3c 5531pp Bladel, info@truckned.nl, by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may also use the European model withdrawal form for this purpose, but use of this form is not obligatory. This form can be downloaded via the link below this text.
It is therefore important to inform us within the cooling-off period that you are invoking the right of withdrawal.
Returning the products after cancellation
After revocation, you must return or hand over the products to us without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified the revocation. You have fulfilled this obligation if you return the affected products before this 14-day period has expired.
The direct costs for returning the products are for your own account.
We do offer a reduced rate for returns in some countries. Please contact us and we will send you a link with which you can print a label yourself.
Consequences of the right of withdrawal
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point (for the part to which the revocation relates), including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice for a other type of delivery than the cheapest type of standard delivery), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will then refund you using the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for making the refund.
We may postpone the refund until we have received the affected products or until you have proven that you have returned the products, whichever comes first.

- You will then receive an email from us confirming receipt of your return.
- Print the confirmation of receipt of your return and send it along with the package.

Important: the costs for returning are for your own account. You are responsible for the product arriving to us, so we recommend sending it by registered mail or with track and trace.
Depreciation and damage
You are liable for the loss of value of the products resulting from use other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. If this is the case, we are entitled to set off this loss of value against the amounts that we would have to repay to you. It is therefore important that you handle the product carefully and carefully during the cooling-off period. We also kindly request that you always return the products in the original packaging, insofar as this is reasonably possible.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The delivery of items that spoil quickly or that have a limited shelf life;
- The delivery of items that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery (for example: canned food, cosmetics);
- Customized products or products that are clearly intended for a specific person (for example: a printed article)
- Audio and video recordings and computer software of which the seal has been broken after delivery (for example: a sealed DVD with a certain film on it);
- Newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of an agreement for the regular delivery of such publications (for example: one-off edition of a magazine or newspaper).
