Installation is simple:

3. Remove the old halogen lamp from the holder.
4. Install the new T10 LED lamp.
5. Turn the light back on and see if it works. If it doesn't, turn the bulb a quarter turn.
6. The lamp is ready to use.

Please note, these LED lamps are not CAN-Bus proof. This means that this lamp can report a defective lamp on your dashboard. This mainly applies to newer models of cars, trucks are often excluded. Additional lamps such as spotlights or skylights are also excluded from the CAN-Bus system.

Why doesn't this T10 LED lamp have an E-mark?

Replacement bulbs must comply with European standards for safety, waterproofing, and short-circuit prevention (ECE-R37). These standards are based on the old incandescent and halogen bulbs. LED replacement bulbs cannot meet these standards because they lack a filament. Therefore, this LED bulb does not receive the ECE R37 certification and is therefore not officially permitted for use on public roads. You are, however, permitted to use the T10 LED xenon white bulb on your own property or in racing.
