We ensure that these parties only process your data according to our instructions and in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation. We conclude a processing agreement with processors. Your data will never be sold or shared for commercial purposes without your explicit consent.
Webshop software and hosting
WooCommerce hosted by Dlogic
Our webshop runs on WooCommerce and is hosted by Dlogic. Personal data that you provide to us is shared with Dlogic, which has access to this data to provide technical support. Dlogic uses strict security measures, such as SSL encryption, firewalls and access protection, to protect your data against loss or unauthorized access.
Shipment and transport
For the delivery of orders we work together with Sendcloud, Myparcel, PostNL, DHL and DPD. We share your name, address and residence details with these carriers, who use them exclusively to carry out the delivery. If they use subcontractors, your details may also be shared with these parties.
Payments
We process payments via Mollie, which processes your name, address and payment details. Mollie uses strict security measures and may share anonymous data with third parties to improve service. Your data will not be stored longer than legally permitted.
Email and communication
We use Microsoft Outlook for our business email traffic. This service takes appropriate security measures to prevent abuse, loss and data corruption. Your emails are treated confidentially.
Accounting and administration
For our financial administration we use Snelstart. This system processes your name, address and order details for invoicing and accounting. Your details are stored securely and are only accessible to authorized employees. Snelstart does not use your details for other purposes.
Customer Reviews
We collect customer reviews via WebshopKeur. When you leave a review, your name, city and email address will be shared with us and possibly published on the WebwinkelKeur website. If we invite you for a review, we will share your email address with WebwinkelKeur. This party uses the data exclusively for this purpose.
Purpose of data processing
General purpose of the processing
We process your personal data exclusively for the performance of our services. This means that the processing is always directly related to the assignment that you give us. We do not use your data for targeted marketing without your explicit consent. If we receive your data and want to use it at a later time for purposes other than those for which you provided it, we will ask you for permission in advance.
Your data will only be shared with third parties when this is necessary to meet administrative, accounting or legal obligations. These parties are contractually or legally obliged to treat your data confidentially.
Automatically collected data

Retention period
We store your personal data for as long as you are a customer with us. This means that we store your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you report this to us, we will also consider this as a request to delete your data (request to be forgotten).
Based on legal administrative obligations, we are required to retain certain data, such as invoices containing your (personal) data, for a longer period of time.
The retention periods are as follows:
- Invoice details: 7 years, in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Authorities.
- Order details: 5 years, for customer service purposes.
- Marketing data: until you withdraw your consent.
After these periods have expired, your data will be deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Based on the applicable Dutch and European legislation, you as a data subject have certain rights with regard to the personal data that is processed by or on behalf of us. Below we explain what these rights are and how you can invoke them. In order to prevent misuse, we will in principle only send transcripts and copies of your data to the e-mail address known to us. If you wish to receive the data at a different e-mail address or, for example, by post, we ask you to identify yourself first. We keep an administration of processed requests. In the event of a request to be forgotten, we register anonymized data. You will receive all transcripts and copies of data in a machine-readable data format that is used within our systems. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority at any time if you suspect that we are not processing your personal data correctly.
Right of inspection

If your request is granted, you will receive a confirmation that your data will not be processed further until you lift the restriction.
Right to transferability

If your request is granted, you will receive a copy or overview of all data that we process from you or that has been processed by third parties on our behalf.
Please note that in that case we may not be able to continue to provide our services to you, as the secure linking of data files can no longer be guaranteed.
Right to object and other rights
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Truckned. If you object, we will immediately cease processing the data pending the assessment of your objection. If your objection is upheld, we will delete all data or, if desired, transfer it to you, and permanently cease processing. In addition, you have the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making or profiling. We do not process your data in a manner in which this right would apply.
