The LED lamp is equipped with 8 LED points and is supplied per set of 2 pieces. The LED lamp has a light output that you can compare with a 21w halogen lamp. Furthermore, the lamp is suitable for 12 and 24 volt use. This means that the LED lamp can be used, for example, in a car, truck, camper or trailer. To ensure that the red LED lamp fits, the originally mounted lamp must be the same as that shown in picture 2. If this does not match, the LED lamp will not fit.

Please note, these LED lamps are not CAN-Bus proof. This means that this lamp can generate a message of a defective lamp on the dashboard. This mainly applies to newer car models, trucks are often excluded. Additional lamps such as spotlights, width lamps or skylights are also excluded from the CAN-Bus system.

Why does this BA15S LED lamp not have an E-mark:

Replacement bulbs must meet European standards regarding safety, water tightness and prevention of short circuits (ECE-R37). These standards are based on the old incandescent and halogen bulbs. LED replacement bulbs cannot meet these standards. The reason is because there is no filament in it. As a result, this LED bulb does not receive the ECE R37 quality mark and may therefore not officially be used on public roads. You may use the BA15S LED bulb red on your own property or in racing, for example.
